This was a stop over campground on a longer trip. Very friendly staff and very clean restrooms and showers. The sight was very level allowing us to leave our trailer hitched overnight for a quick departure in the morning. The added bonus was a copy of the local paper on our doorstep in the morning. I would stay here again if passing through.
This was a stopover for us on a longer trip. I would have rated this campground higher had the site we had been level. Since the site was not level I had to disconnect for the night and spent a lot of extra time leveling our trailer which is not fun late at night after a long drive. The restrooms and showers were clean and the staff was friendly. Their fuel discount though is a joke, diesel was cheaper just up the road we found out. The nightly rate of $40 we paid was for two adults and three children including any taxes
This RV park is also known as Taylor Park Trading Post, it is located very near the Taylor Park Reservoir. You are high up in the mountains here, so don't expect a lot of frills. But if fishing, hiking, ATVs or mining are you thing, this is a great place to stay. The sites were level. The restrooms and showers look new and are very clean. Since everything is gravel, it is a bit dusty. An added bonus is the new cellphone tower erected very near the campground.
